The Philosophy Day School has a Board of Trustees nominated and elected based on their understanding of and commitment to the principles and mission of the Philosophy Day School as well as specialized expertise in areas useful to the fiduciary role which the board plays.

The Board has four executive officers: President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

The Board is responsible for the policies and financial health of the institution and works in partnership with the Head of School to establish the school`s mission, formulate policy, and develop strategic plans.
